Admin Access Required
This feature allows you to import new company data via CSV upload. The system will intelligently merge new data with existing records.

Upload CSV File

Supported formats: Company data with headers like Company, POS System, Locations, etc.

Database Migration Required
If you're getting database errors, you may need to run the Website column migration first.

Update Only Mode
This feature will only update existing companies. We match by Company ID first, then fall back to an exact Company Name match. Companies not found in the database will be added to an exportable list.

Upload CSV File

Required columns: Company ID and Company Name (must match exactly). All other fields are optional.

Select CSV File

Upload a CSV file with new company data. Duplicates will be detected based on company name.

Contact Upload Instructions:

Company ID - Must match an existing company ID in the database (preferred)
Company Name - Alternative: Must match an existing company name exactly (required if Company ID not provided)
Contact Name - Full name of the contact (required)
Title - Job title (optional)
Email - Primary email address (optional)
Email 2 - Secondary email address (optional)
Personal Email - Personal email address (optional)
Phone - Phone number (optional)
City, State, ZIP - Contact location (optional)

Note: Duplicate contacts (same name and email for the same company) will be skipped automatically.
